Cancellation before dispatching
Cancellation before dispatching of Your paid order is not a preferable action because we are selling limited-edition precious metal collectibles. Therefore, we ask You to be 100% confident before placing Your order.
Return after delivery
Once Your order has been dispatched You will receive a notification by email with tracking details. Because we are selling limited-edition precious metal collectibles, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After delivery, requests for a refund must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery confirmation. Please send any refund requests to email at: info (at) ArtisanCoins.com. And be sure to include your order number.
Returns must be in original packaging and received in as-new condition - free of any damages (we always check and take pictures of each item prior to shipment). We will contact you with a shipping/packing instruction. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if any). All return packages should be trackable. Please provide us a return tracking number by email.
Refunds are returned via the original method of payment.
Exchanges if damaged
Exchange requests for damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days from date of delivery confirmation. Please be informed we always check and take pictures of each item prior to shipment.

Worldwide and Domestic Shipping
Artisan Coin Productions (ACP) provides worldwide shipping via FedEx, UPS, and USPS by registered and insured parcels. A “free shipping” option is available for some products. ACP reserves the right to choose what carrier/s will be used for a specific country and the value of a shipment.
In all paid shipping options, the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination are determined by a cost or a fixed rate at the checkout. Please, keep in mind that shipping costs are subject to change without notice at any time.
Order & Delivery
Each package is sent fully insured and protected from loss. Please be aware that if You use a shipping address different from Your billing address, to make sure Your shipping and email addresses are correct and full. Also, please make sure to correctly specify Your city’s zip code (post code). In the case that an invalid delivery address is provided, the loss and responsibility for the shipment rests with the buyer.
With the goal to provide the fastest service - in most cases - orders will be packed and shipped within 1-7 business days of the order being placed and payment processed in full (applicable when items are in stock). In case of "pre-sale", "pre-order" or "special order", Your package will be shipped as soon as ACP receives the ordered items into its inventory from vendors based on shown delivery time.
Anti Money Laundry Policy
Based on the Anti Money Laundry policy in place, ACP reserves the right to reject/refund any transaction that was under fraud or suspicious activity with no explanation.
Status of Availability
Status of availability of each item located on its page. Usually, a few options are presented:

If one or more items are in stock and ready to ship.

• Pre-Sale / Pre-Order (filled with a specific month)
Such items will be shipped after ACP receives them from vendors/manufacturers, barring shipping/production delays.

If You added any paid expedited delivery such as "Priority 2-Day", a shipping time will be counted after a shipment has been dispatched.
